Untethered Spirit Jailbreak for Ipod Touch 2G 3G / Ipad / Iphone 3G 3.1.3

It’s finally been released an untethered jailbreak for the Iphone, Ipod Touch and the Ipad!

This jailbreak supports:

  • Ipod Touch 2G and 3G (3.1.2 or 3.13)
  • iPad 3.2
  • Iphone 3.1.3

The program is called Spirit and available for Mac OS X and Windows. This is similar to Blackra1n but both do not carrier unlock the Iphone.

Important! If your phone is currenty jailbroken you must restore then re-jailbreak using Spirit

    Worked a treat for me on my Ipod Touch 3G (64Gb), good to finally have an untethered Ipod Touch!!

    If you running Windows Vista / Windows 7 make sure you run the program as administrator as I found out!

    Simply right click on Spirit.exe and select properties then tick the ‘run this program as an administrator’ checkbox.

    Job done! :)
